 Inquiries will be addressed as quickly as possible but be aware that items are stored at multiple locations and much of the inventory featured in our online store is also offered for retail sale at our shop in Ottawa. All items are considered "used" and minor signs of wear and usage should be expected. Any exceptional condition(s) will always be noted.

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or payments made through www.Paypal.com Items will ship within 7 working days once funds are available to Founddesign. All items are subject to prior sale so please confirm availability! Items can be held for 24 hours when paying by credit card. Shipping charges are based on actual costs and vary accordingly. We use recycled packing material whenever possible and we encourage you to continue the recycling process. Returns on vintage items are not accepted unless it can be shown that Founddesign has incorrectly or erroneously described an item. No shipping charges will be refunded. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier and by the recipient. Founddesign values the privacy of our customers... no personal information will be ever be shared or sold. Founddesign has many 20th century modern items available for rental as props for film sets, ads, model photo shoots, etc, including furniture, electronics, artwork, lighting, decorative arts, dinnerware, etc... We can even help you choose locations, homes, and specific scenes, throughout the Ottawa area and even in other cities. See something on our site that interests you?
